VANTAstarは測定方法を後からアップグレート可能なプレートリーダーです。（384wellプレートまで対応） CLARIOstar Plusと同様に、EDR（Enhanced Dynamic Range）・オートフォーカス・発光測定のクロストーク補正を搭載しているため、測定の最適条件を今まで以上に簡単に決定できます。
