- Delta F% calculation for HTRF®
- Signal-to-Noise and Signal-to-Blank calculations
- First order rate kinetics
- Michaelis-Menten, Lineweaver-Burk, Scatchard, etc.
- Moving (boxcar) averages
- Multiple layout views
- Standard curve calculation wizard
- UV/Vis spectral view (Omega and PHERAstar FS)
- Excel® and ASCII export
- FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant*
- User-defined formula generator

In our Video Library you will also find some videos highlighting some of the possibilites of MARS. Click on the videos below to see a few examples:

This video shows how to perform various result calculations from an executed DNA measurement (as shown in the video “DNA 260 / 280 Absorbance Reading“). Several DNA solutions at unknown concentrations were measured in the FLUOstar Omega microplate reader and UV spectra were recorded in a defined wavelength range for each well. Results, such as DNA concentrations and DNA 260 / 280 ratios for purity check were calculated with the Data Analysis Software MARS automatically by assigning a predefined template to the raw data. Furthermore, threshold values are visualized by color codes and a standard curve calculation is shown as well as the possibility to export the values to Excel. |
