Export test Runs Video

This Video Training Series tutorial from BMG LABTECH show how to move finalized and stored measurements (test runs) to another computer e.g. for analysis or in case of a support request.
DLR Measurements

This video from BMG LABTECH shows Test Protocol Settings for an automated Dual Luciferase kinetic reaction measurement including various result calculations done with the comprehensive Data Analysis Software MARS.
DNA Absorbance Data Analysis

This video shows how to perform various result calculations from an executed DNA measurement (as shown in the video “DNA 260 / 280 Absorbance Reading“). Several DNA solutions at unknown concentrations were measured in the FLUOstar Omega microplate reader and UV spectra were recorded in a defined wavelength range for each well. Results, such as DNA concentrations and DNA 260 / 280 ratios for purity check were calculated with the Data Analysis Software MARS automatically by assigning a predefined template to the raw data. Furthermore, threshold values are visualized by color codes and a standard curve calculation is shown as well as the possibility to export the values to Excel.
