This position encompasses event management, digital marketing, and marketing operations to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in the laboratory technology sector. Activities include but are not limited to;
Event Management
- Execute event planning and coordination
- Develop and manage pre-event preparation activities
- Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless event execution
- Undertake thorough post-event analysis
- Maintain optimal inventory levels of essential marketing collateral
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across all materials
- Coordinate the creation and assembly of customised gift packs
- Develop, execute, and analyse email marketing campaigns from conception to completion
- Create and implement tools designed to enhance customer engagement and improve communication effectiveness
- Maintain regular Google Analytics reporting with monthly data entry and performance analysis to inform marketing strategy decisions
- Create comprehensive content calendars that align with business objectives and seasonal campaigns
- Execute social media posting schedules across relevant platforms while maintaining brand voice and consistency
- Monitor and report on social media performance metrics to optimise content strategy and engagement rates
To be successful in the position you will be an experienced marketing proferssional with initiative. You are articulate, well presented with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Specific skills and experience we are looking for include:
- Initiative and solutions-focused mindset
- Customer-focused with collaborative approach
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software
- Experience with event coordination, inventory management, and creative collaboration
- Strong computer skills with intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong organisational abilities
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment
