This is a great opportunity for a post doctoral or researcher to gain valuable commercial experience and build an amazing career. Head Office is located in Melbourne, with this role working remotely. The ability to travel is essential to the success of the role.

By forging new relationships and supporting the existing client base, no two days will be the same for the successful applicant.  Activities include but are not limited to; 

  • Service Excellence: Develop and implement comprehensive service standards and procedures for the service delivery department to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
  • Team Leadership: mentor and support sales team members to support clients achieve their research goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen customer relationships while continuously improving response times and service delivery outcomes.
  • Operational Management: Oversee service response systems and ensure all service jobs are completed in full, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Process Improvement: Promote and maintain company policies and procedures while identifying opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor service delivery metrics and implement measures to meet all quality benchmarks and customer satisfaction targets.

To be successful in the position you will be a self-motivated, self-directed individual with the drive to meet and exceed targets and KPIs. Your passion for sales and aftercare support coupled with your drive to continually develop your skill set will play a major part in your success within this challenging role. You are articulate and well presented with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Naturally, you will also have strong relationship building skills, with stakeholders.  Specific skills and experience – we are looking for include:

  • A passionate, accountable, high-performance attitude, with a willingness to be flexible and keep learning, whilst providing high level technical support and servicing. 
  • Qualifications in Biological Science, Instrumentation, Optics, Electronics.
  • Technical background and experience in similar roles.
  • Meter testing experience is essential, with experience in electronic testing desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer software packages, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Current driver's licence.
