Every microplate reader purchased from BMG LABTECH is covered by our extensive warranty, which includes all parts and labor. Following this warranty period we offer a range of services, designed to keep your instrument in optimum condition, maintain the alignment of your reader, check for potential problems and test the reader in all modes to ensure it is within specifications. In many regions we also offer services such as preventative maintenance, service contracts, on site servicing, and much more.

Repair services and WEEE
BMG LABTECH supports and services all the products that we sell. Throughout our global network, our trained engineers offer you the same quality workmanship and attention to detail. For BMG LABTECH-branded product sold in the EU after August 13, 2005, we conform to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE). Customers based in Europe can take advantage of the BMG LABTECH Takeback and Recycle Program.
