BMG LABTECH introduced the new CLARIOstar^® Plus, further extending its range of high-quality microplate readers. The next generation microplate reader comes with new user friendly features and was officially introduced to public at the SLAS conference and exhibition in Washington, D.C., in February 2019.

At the 2018 iGEM Gaint Jamboree, the team of the University of Marburg won the Grand Prize in the overgraduate section with their project “VibriGens – Accelerating SynBio”. At the end of October the team received its award in Boston, USA. 

On Thursday, the 20th of July, the high-school life science laboratory in Ohlsbach, Germany received a FLUOstar^® Omega microplate reader donated by BMG LABTECH. The device enables the young scientists to expand their research capabilities.

BMG LABTECH will be exhibiting at SLAS Europe 2018 in Brussels, Belgium, booth 114. The conference and exhibition will take place from the 27th to 29th of June at the Brussels Square Meeting Centre.
