Video Training Series: DNA 260/280 Absorbance Reading

This video from BMG LABTECH shows how to set up a Test Protocol in the Reader Control Software and execute DNA measurements  in a half-area 96-well plate using 50 µL DNA solution per well at different concentrations applying the FLUOstar Omega microplate reader. UV absorbance spectra were collected in a wavelength range of 240 nm to 400 nm at 1 nm resolution for each well of samples and blanks and the automated path length correction was applied.
