Product Support
If you are unsure about the capabilities and functions of your BMG LABTECH instrument, provide us with the model and serial number and we will confirm specification and service history. If an upgrade is requested this can normally be done in your laboratory - simply contact us for a no obligation quotation.

Warranty
Every reader purchased from BMG LABTECH is covered by our comprehensive warranty. We also offer a range of additional Preventative Maintenance and service options.

Preventative Maintenance Contracts

BMG LABTECH offers three levels of Preventative Maintenance Contracts (GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE)

As well as the reassurance of engineering support whenever you need it, Preventative Maintenance Contracts also include an annual on site service of your instrument by one of our nationwide team of factory trained service engineers and QC testing in all read modes to ensure that performance is within specification.

All contracts have the added benefit our remote assistance and diagnosis software 'RITA' – 'Remote Internet Technical Assistance' providing real time diagnosis of any technical issues that may arise.

One Off Service
BMG LABTECH's One Off Service option offers an on-site service and 'M.O.T' of your BMG LABTECH equipment.

Installation Qualification/Operation Qualification/Performance Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
The IQ/OQ/PQ process is designed to provide absolute assurance that your BMG LABTECH microplate reader system is correctly installed in the appropriate environment and operating as intended. It also confirms that it is performing to factory specification. The results are fully documented, and satisfy government and internal laboratory requirements (e.g.,FDA,GLP/GMP).
