Warranty
Every reader purchased from BMG LABTECH is covered by our 12 month guarantee for any breakdown which occurs due to normal wear and tear. This covers the cost of all parts and labour (excl. consumables).

Applications
BMG LABTECH microplate readers are used for the widest range of applications and techniques in the pharmaceutical, industrial, academic and environmental laboratories.  Working closely with our customers we have developed a diverse range of Application Notes which are available to download free of charge.  Our Product Specialists working closely with our Technical Support Team, are available to offer you advice on getting the most from your reader, whether that be choosing high performance filters for your assay, instrument settings or software. Preventative Maintenance Contracts
BMG LABTECH offers three levels of Preventative Maintenance Contracts (GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE) for all of our instrumentation.  This service maintains the alignment of your reader, checks for potential future problems and tests the reader in all modes to insure it is within specifications. This includes an on site annual preventative maintenance service of your instrument by one of our team of factory trained service engineers. They are also available for the remainder of the contract term for any other service needs.  If we cannot repair your instrument on site our fully equipped workshops are on hand, if required, we will provide you with a loan instrument until your unit is repaired.

Our Preventative Maintenance Contracts give you peace of mind and enable you to minimise downtime and continue your work with the highest level of efficency.

Call out & Repair Services
BMG LABTECH supports and services all the products that we sell. Regardless of your service contract status you will receive the same quality workmanship and attention to detail from our team.
If you do not currently hold a Preventative Maintenance Contract with BMG LABTECH or require services not covered under your contract, they are still available to you on a pay as you go basis. Following initial call out charges our engineers will quote any additional parts or labour costs  and get your approval before beginning any work.

Installation Qualification/Operation Qualification (IQOQ)
The IQ/OQ process is designed to provide absolute assurance that your BMG LABTECH microplate reader system is correctly installed in the appropriate environment and operating as intended.  It also confirms that it is performing to factory specification.  The results of the IQ/OQ are fully documented, and satisfy government and internal laboratory requirements (e.g.,FDA,GLP/GMP).
