BMG LABTECH Preventative Maintenance

BMG LABTECH operates three levels of Preventative Maintenance Contracts on all of its microplate reader systems:

GOLD

GOLD contracts include one Preventative Maintenance service visit per annum when a full QC check will be carried out. Parts required will be replaced free of charge. Labor will also be included. Subsequent Call Outs within the contract period also cover all parts and labor.

SILVER

SILVER contracts include one Preventative Maintenance visit per annum when a full QC check will be carried out. Parts required will be replaced free of charge. Labor will be charged at current service rates. Subsequent Call Outs within the contract period also include all parts, one hours travel and one hours labor. Additional labor will be charged at current service rates.

BRONZE

BRONZE contracts include one Preventative Maintenance visit per annum when a full QC check will be carried out. Parts required will be charged at current list price. Labor will be charged at current service rates. Subsequent Call Outs within the contract period includes one hours travel and one hours labor. Additional labor will be charged at current service rates.
