Standard Curve Wizard

When standards and their concentrations are defined in the layout, MARS can calculate a standard curve and the concentrations of unknown samples relative to that curve. To aid in this calculation, MARS provides a Standard Curve Wizard. Different fits to the data can be done including linear regression, 4-parameter, cubic spline, 3rd order polynomial and segmental regression.
